  • Compliance tests for financing decisions.
  • Compliance tests to procurement of goods and services under the authority of the Board of Directors / Head Office.
  • Related Financing Line Compliance Test.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Law Major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field

Industrial Relation & Payroll Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor & implement government regulation
  • Negotiate employee conflict
  • Review company regulation
  • Coordinating payroll activity
  • Assist in employee database via HRIS
  • Assist in industrial relation strategy

  • Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Accounting, Management, or Law

  • Review organization structure & job description
  • Review Key Performance Indicator and PMS process
  • Assist in corporate culture design & implementation

  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably has business backround
  • Have strong analytical skill and job analysis experience.

Training & Development Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Designing competence based training
  • Developing Talent Management concept
